Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Fade O'clock and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know at least 30 minutes before your appointment so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
